A Strong Community of Recovery
Where appropriate Robert E. Sterling, MD, DABAM will refer you to colleagues who specialize in cognitive, motivational, and mindfulness based therapies for relapse prevention. Group therapies, 12-Step and other programs are strongly encouraged. Dr. Sterling believes that it is only through developing a strong “community” that we succeed in long-term recovery. It is a rare individual who succeeds in the fight against drug and alcohol use disorders alone.
